■About cancellations and returns
We do not accept cancellations after purchase.
Additionally, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
- Silver 925 products are very soft and easily scratched, so we generally do not accept returns due to minor scratches.
・All products are handmade, so there will be slight individual differences even for the same product number. Returns will not be accepted if the surface pattern or twist is different from the product photo.
- We do not offer free size exchanges after purchase.
In order to offer high-quality products at low prices, Nine Nine operates a made-to-order production system, producing only the amount ordered.
For this reason, we do not have a large inventory like a typical store, and since exchanging an item requires the production of a new product, we will only be able to alter the size of items that have already been purchased, to the extent possible. Please check the size carefully before purchasing.

I don't know the ring size.
We recommend using a commercially available ring gauge for more accurate measurements.

If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, we can accommodate your request for a size change.

Will I develop a metal allergy?
We cannot guarantee that it will not cause 100% allergies. However, at Nine Nine, we only use sterling silver, which is even less likely to cause metal allergies than silver 925, so you can rest assured that our products are safe to use. Sterling silver is a metal made of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, and is said to be extremely hypoallergenic.

Is it okay to get it wet or leave it on?
The precious metal silver 925 used in the product will not rust even when wet, but please note that it may discolor if exposed to hot springs or hair dye.
Also, although there is no problem with wearing it all the time, 925 silver is a very soft metal and is prone to minor scratches. If this bothers you, we recommend avoiding situations where scratches may occur.
