The silver and copper in sterling silver are highly hypoallergenic.

In most cases, when people experience allergies to 925 silver products, it is not the silver itself that causes an allergic reaction, but rather to the nickel or aluminum that makes up 7.5% of the silver.

Therefore, sterling silver, which is made of silver and copper, does not contain any metals such as nickel or aluminum, which are prone to cause allergies, so you can use it with confidence.
